There is much more, in the way of a local guide, in the local-secret-spilling information pack we give to our guests, post-contract. But here are some brief examples of what you would be able to do during your stay, should you so choose.
Beaches
Within walking distance there are so many beaches, and you can catch the ferry (or water taxi) over to Padstow beach.
These beaches include the famous surfing beach of Polzeath or the more sheltered Daymer Bay, ideal for kids and also for watching the kite-surfers (unless you do it yourself!).
Pub Dining
Rock: The Mariners and The Rock Inn (Great views from balcony & food is served all-day) or catch the water taxi (seasonal service) to the Padstow pubs.
Polzeath and nearby: Oystercatcher, Pityme Inn, Doom Bar, Maltsters Arms and the St Kew Inn.

Cycling
Catch the water taxi (seasonal restrictions) to Padstow or drive to Wadebridge and you can hire bicycles, tandems and even baby buggy attachments to explore the beautiful and scenic Camel Trail.
Watersports
Rock and the close surrounding area has an incredible amount of watersport based activities.
Most are within a very short walking distance or a very short drive.

If you have your own powerboat licence, we can also arrange for short term RIB hire.
Coast & Cliff Walks
Walk from the property around to Daymer Bay (and Polzeath. There are stunning walks around Pentire head and across to Port Isaac. You can even catch the water taxi (seasonal) and explore the Camel trail (also by bike) and lots more coastal paths.
Pamper & Well-Being
Close by, at the St Moritz in Trebetherick, is the award winning Cowshed spa. With six luxury treatment rooms and a whole lot of gorgeous treatments avaliable, just spoil yourself!! We can organise some of their services to take place at your house. Call our concierge team for more details.

Only a ferry trip, or short water taxi ride (seasonal restrictions apply), away and you can learn new culinary skills at Rick Stein's Padstow Seafood school.
